Residence: Switzerland (passport - 185 territories of visa-free entry)

 

Residence permit for financially independent persons:

  • initially issued for a period of 1 year,
  • with subsequent annual renewal (stay not less than 183 days),
  • including spouse, children under 18,
  • without the right to work,
  • status of permanent residence after 10 years,
  • the possibility of applying for citizenship after 12 years of continuous residence,
  • recognized dual citizenship.
     

Conditions for obtaining a visa:

  • annual payment of a one-time tax,
  • housing in Switzerland (long term rental or property),
  • proof of trustworthiness,
  • medical insurance.
